Tools range from interview modalities to develop a cohesive mission, vision, and values statement alongside checklists for fundraising and compliance relative to IRS filings etc.
The Power of Creative Play & Storytelling
As an award winning children’s book author and lifelong writer I know that sometimes teams or leaders get a little stuck, or they hit a plateau as we all do…this workshop uses creative play & storytelling exercises to tap into new ideas and shift narratives to drive innovation. Teams will leave with a framework for integrating new ways of storytelling into their process.
